We are currently seeking people to join our Business Development Team. You will be identifying new potential clients for our services and generating their initial interest. It gives an opportunity to work with the best technology start-ups from the US, Middle East, and Europe.


  • Creating lists of ideal clients for Neoteric web development services
  • Conducting internet research and social media monitoring
  • Engaging with prospects via email and social media
  • Qualifying potential clients for further engagement
  • Scheduling meetings for senior team members
  • Working to ambitious goals like weekly/monthly metrics (appointments, qualified opportunities, deals, etc.)
  • Contributing to Neoteric’s business development strategy
  • Creating strategy for Partnership/Affiliate programme together with senior team members


  • Strong appetite for a career in Business Development
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficiency in English – writing and speaking (C1), Polish is not required
  • Eagerness to constantly communicate with new people
  • Strong analytical skills

Nice to have:

  • Previous sales experience
  • Interest in tech and/or start-up environments
