Business Development Manager

Responsibilities

  • Qualifying incoming leads and turning them into Neoteric clients
  • Conducting qualification calls and attending business trips
  • Uncovering needs of potential clients and understanding how Neoteric services can address them
  • Creating proposals matching clients’ needs
  • Negotiating terms and closing deals
  • Exceeding weekly/monthly metrics (qualified opportunities, deals, revenue etc.)
  • Contributing to Neoteric’s business development strategy
  • Suggesting and implementing improvements to our sales processes

Requirements

  • Previous experience in B2B sales in the consultancy business (software house, marketing agency, SaaS)
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficiency in English – writing and speaking (C1), Polish is not required
  • Previous experience with CRMs
  • Good listening skills, curiosity
  • Strong analytical skills

Nice to have

  • Previous experience with Salesforce
  • Negotiation skills
  • Interest in tech and/or start-up environments

Salary

8.000-12.000 PLN net (B2B) base salary plus performance-based bonus.
