Account Manager

We are currently seeking a person to join our newly created Account Management team.

Responsibilities

  • Building personal relations with existing clients of Neoteric
  • Ensuring client satisfaction
  • Upselling our services
  • Navigating in larger organisations to extend our cooperation
  • Supporting Project Managers in issue resolutions
  • Managing portfolio of current clients and generating revenue
  • Visiting our clients on a regular basis (travel to EU and/or US)
  • Exceeding weekly/monthly metrics (meetings, upsells, revenue, referrals etc.)
  • Contributing to creating a new Account Management team at Neoteric

Requirements

  • Previous experience in B2B sales in the consultancy business (software house, marketing agency, SaaS) or complex technology solutions
  • Experience in sales in the international market
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Proven experience in growing accounts worth above 1m PLN annually
  • Proficiency in English – writing and speaking (C1), Polish is not required
  • Good listening skills, curiosity
  • Strong analytical skills

Nice to have

  • Practical knowledge of account management methodologies (e.g. account planning, segmentation, churn prevention etc)
  • Previous experience with Salesforce
  • Interest in tech and/or start-up environments
  • Experience with outbound activities
  • Previous experience in leading a team

Salary

8.000-12.000 PLN net (B2B) base salary plus performance-based bonus.
